If we can get your tech issue sorted without your computer having to be worked on in the workshop, we will charge:
$45 – DIAGNOSTIC FEE (KNOW WHAT’S WRONG AND HOW MUCH TO GET IT FIXED)
BRING YOUR DEVICE TO THE SHOP
Workshop Repair
Bring your computer to our shop for troubleshooting and repair. If your computer has to go into the workshop, there is a minimum charge of $97.50. If we need to spend more than 45 minutes on your job, we charge a flat rate. Our hourly rate is $130.00, and we charge in 15-minute increments after the first hour. We rigorously track our time so you will know exactly how long it took to fix your computer.

Onsite Computer Repair
We provide onsite IT support and carry out computer repairs throughout the Bay of Islands. Whether it’s at your home or business, our technicians can come to you for any tech issues.
