How does it work?
We use a remote assistance tool called Splashtop. Once you download and run the program, we can create a temporary link to your computer to view your screen and control your mouse and keyboard. Once connected, our tech expert will then take over control of your computer, identify the issue and get it fixed right in front of you while you watch.
We will let you know once the one-off session has ended and we have disconnected from your computer.
Is it safe?
The connection is encrypted, private and secure through Splashtop.
By installing and running Splashtop, you grant us the permission to remotely access your device. At any point during the session, you can take control of your computer or just disconnect. Running Splashtop does not permanently install the program in your device.
How much will it cost me?
Our normal hourly rate for remote support starts at $45 and then goes by every 15min.

Sounds good. How do we get started?
To get started, click on the link below to activate your Splashtop session (PC or Apple device).
Depending on your browser, please click either 'Save' or 'Run' to download.
Once your download is complete, simply run the application and it will tell you the partner ID and the password. Give us a call at 09 401 6294, ask for remote support and provide the ID and password to connect.
